I love motor boats. Well since last summer that my friend invited me to his beach house I really got into motor boats. I realized I needed a Motor Boat Training course because boat can be very complicated to handle. There are safety procedures that I really don’t know.
I am thinking about buying a motor boat after the Motor Boat Training course I took.
I had planned to go to Spain for holidays. Lucky me we have a travel agency and we have packages combining a Motor Boat Training course.
The instructor were Spanish but their English was very good indeed. I registered for a basic learner course. The course included some theory classes but I really didn’t want to lose time going to classes in sunny Spain.
I emailed the academy and they told me I could take an online course before. All I had to do was to watch some videos, take notes and then sit an online exam. The problem was solved.

When I arrived with my girlfriend they offered some wind sport activities for her while I was doing the course. It was fantastic because I was a little worried about what she was going to do while I was in the course.
These academies are also boat charters. When I finished the first day I hired a boat with an instructor to go deep in the sea. The journey was so relaxing and peaceful that my girlfriend loved it. The best part is that I got to practice everything that I had learned in the morning. It was like a practical session. My instructor was kind enough to keep talking to me about tips and safety procedures.
Boating is a very expensive sport but there are many companies offering courses. Some of them issue a certificate at the end of the course. Their trainer are officially certified and trained. Of course this academies charge more for their courses.

I really didn’t need a certificate because I do it for fun. So I hired a Spanish local company that didn’t offer a certificate. You could tell the instructor new a lot and they had been in the sea for years.
I totally recommend combining your training course with holidays. That way it won’t be as expensive as taking separate dates and you won’t even feel you are studying something. Spanish beaches are the best I totally suggest you go there.
